Domestic |
Domestic and insurance investigations include video and still camera surveillance, and when possible, GPS vehicle tracking devices. In a domestice case surveillance is the method of following someone, or conducting a still watch on a structure or vehicle, for the purpose of documenting the activity of a cheating spouse by covertly following them from a safe distance to observe and document the events as they take place. This information is provided, generally, to the attorney for the client. Surveillance requires skill and experience, and is not a task that is easily accomplished by the average person. That is why it is important to hire an experienced investigator. To be successful the investigator must prove the cheating spouse has the time, opportunity and inclination and document this with either photos, video, or be able to testify to his investigation in a court of law. Time means having enough time, given the opportunity, to carry out the affair. It only requires a small amount of time. Opportunity means being alone in a house, vehicle, motel, office, or some other place a couple may ingage in extramarital activities. Even a parking lot, or park, etc. Inclination could be kissing, touching, or anything a married person should not be doing with someone of the opposite sex. Surveillance is also used to document the activities of someone who is engaged in some activity that is contrary to physical condition that has been reported to their insurance company. |
