We try to answer the who, what, when and where of the issue Danny Horton, MCI Danny Horton is a Mississippi Certified Investigator. He is a retired veteran of the Memphis Police Department. He retired as the Commander of Traffic of one of the largest and most progressive traffic units in the U.S. He has attended courses in accident investigation and reconstruction at the National Traffic Management Institute, Northwestern Traffic Institute, and Institute of Police Technology and Management (IPTM). He has been qualified and testified as an expert in Mississippi and Tennessee. He was Chief Deputy of the Tishomingo Sheriff's Department in Iuka, Mississippi before forming his own business in 1989. Danny Horton was the lead investigator in many major cases tried or settled in Mississippi.
